Terms & Conditions of Sale and Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale of products and the use of the services offered by ProgramManagerHub.com (the "Site"), owned and operated by Srividhya Venkatasubramanian. By purchasing products or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Intellectual Property & License
a. Ownership: All content, designs, documents, templates, frameworks, and books purchased from the Site (collectively, the "Products") are the property of ProgramManagerHub.com and are protected by copyright law. b. Limited License: When you purchase a Product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for individual use within your organization. c. Prohibitions: You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or otherwise share the Products outside of your immediate team or organization without express written permission from ProgramManagerHub.com.
2. Digital Product Sales & Delivery
a. Digital Goods: All products sold are digital goods. No physical components will be shipped unless explicitly stated (e.g., physical book pre-orders). b. Delivery: Upon successful payment, a link to download the Product(s) will be made available instantly via email and through your Customer Portal on the Site. c. Access: We are not responsible if the download link is corrupted or deleted after a reasonable period (typically 30 days post-purchase). Please save your files securely.
3. Refund and Exchange Policy (Digital Goods)
Due to the digital nature of our high-value Products (templates, frameworks, and e-books), all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the files have been downloaded. We only offer refunds in the event of:

Duplicate purchases.

A clear technical fault preventing access to the Product.

A specific warranty period stated on the product page (if applicable).
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Products are provided "as is." While our resources are practitioner-led and align with standards like PMI, NIST, and the EU AI Act, we do not guarantee that they will result in a specific outcome or are compliant with all local regulatory requirements applicable to your organization. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring the templates and frameworks are appropriate for their specific program needs.
5. Governing Law
