Shipping Policy

Overview

Program Manager Hub ships both instant-download digital products (templates, guides, books) and physical printed merchandise (e.g., posters, notepads). This policy outlines the delivery standards for both product types.

1. Digital Product Delivery (Templates, Guides, Books)

Delivery of all digital products is handled immediately and electronically.

• Delivery Method: Instant Download.

• Delivery Time: Access to the digital file(s) is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation.

• Access: A link to the secure download will be provided directly on the order confirmation screen and sent to the email address provided at checkout.

• Shipping Fees: $0.00 – No shipping fees apply to digital products.

• Target Location: Global (International).

2. Physical Product Shipping (Merchandise, Posters, Notepads etc..)

Physical goods are custom-printed and shipped from our fulfillment partner.

• Target Location: We currently ship physical merchandise only within the United States (US). We are unable to ship physical products to P.O. boxes or international addresses at this time.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed for printing within 3–5 business days. This is the time required before the order ships.

• Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery within the US typically takes an additional 5–7 business days. Total delivery time is estimated to be 8–12 business days.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination and will be displayed and added to your total at checkout.

• Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as the fulfillment partner generates the shipping label.
