Refund Policy
As a provider of specialized digital resources and on-demand printed tools, we are committed to quality and accuracy. Please review this policy for all products:

1. Digital Products (Templates, Guides, Books, etc.)
Due to the instant, non-returnable nature of downloadable digital goods:

All sales of digital products are final.

Exception: If you experience a verifiable issue with the file (e.g., corrupt file, incorrect version downloaded), please contact us at support@programmanagerhub.com for immediate resolution.

2. Damaged or Defective Physical Products (Our Responsibility)
If your merchandise (Apparel, Planner, Journal, Poster, etc.) arrives damaged due to shipping or contains a verifiable print or production error (e.g., misprint, tear, incorrect product sent), we guarantee a free replacement.

Action Required: You must contact us at support@programmanagerhub.com within 14 days of the delivery date.

Resolution: Upon verification, we will immediately submit a replacement order at no cost to you. We do not require you to ship the defective item back.

3. Sizing, Design, and Buyer's Remorse (Final Sale)
Because all physical merchandise is custom-printed specifically for your order, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following reasons:

Change of Mind: The customer decides they no longer want the product.

Sizing/Design Errors: The size and design (including all specifications, like 11"x8.5" for the Planner ) were clearly displayed and verified on the product page.

Incorrect Order by Customer: The customer ordered the wrong quantity or product (e.g., used the wrong bulk code).

4. Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Mail
If an order is returned to our fulfillment facility due to an incorrect, undeliverable address provided by the customer, or if the customer fails to claim the package:

Option A (Reshipment): The customer will be responsible for a new shipping fee to have the order sent out again.

Option B (Refund): If a refund is requested, it will only cover the original product cost, not the shipping fees (as those were used for the first, unsuccessful delivery attempt).
